Welcome to STOPPIT.

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the STOPPIT. online store and to purchases made through our website.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any rights that you have under applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA") and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA").

1. ABOUT STOPPIT.

STOPPIT. is an independent South African clothing brand selling clothing and related products through this website.

Website: https://stoppit-winkel.myshopify.com/

If STOPPIT. is operated by a registered company, its registration details will be made available where required by law.

2. PRODUCTS

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and other product information are accurate.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.

Our STOPPIT. T-shirts are made from 230gsm, 100% combed cotton heavyweight fabric. Garment measurements are finished-garment measurements and may vary slightly during manufacturing.

3. PRICES

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

The price displayed at checkout will be the price payable for the product, together with any applicable delivery charges and other applicable charges.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors, provided that doing so does not unlawfully prejudice your rights as a consumer.

4. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is accepted once payment has been successfully received and we have confirmed the order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where:

  • payment has not been successfully received;
  • a product is genuinely unavailable;
  • there has been a genuine pricing or listing error; or
  • we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid in accordance with applicable law.

5. PRE-ORDERS

STOPPIT. products may be offered on a pre-order basis.

The relevant product page will state when the pre-order period closes and the expected fulfilment timeframe.

For the current pre-order:

Pre-orders close: 30 October 2026.

Pre-order garments are produced after the pre-order period closes.

Customers will receive their order once the products have been produced, processed and dispatched.

We will communicate material delays as soon as reasonably possible.

Nothing in this section limits a consumer's rights under the CPA or ECTA.

6. DELIVERY

Orders are delivered within South Africa using our selected courier and logistics partners.

Delivery charges are displayed at checkout where available.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, courier service, public holidays, regional or remote delivery areas and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, the courier's tracking information will be provided where available.

We are responsible for the goods until delivery to the consumer, subject to applicable law.

7. PAYMENT

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

STOPPIT. does not store complete payment card details on its own systems.

Payment information may be processed by Shopify and/or our selected payment service providers in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in our Returns & Refund Policy or these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights under South African law.

This includes applicable rights under the CPA, including rights relating to defective, unsafe or unsuitable goods, and the ECTA cooling-off provisions applicable to electronic transactions. SAFLII
